Unit A2 at Atria Court on Papworth Business Park in Huntingdon has been let to ESM Global Ltd, confirms the local office of Barker Storey Matthews who was the sole agent under instruction from the landlord in the letting.
Unit A2, Atria Court is a modern unit of warehouses and offices, totalling 219.73 sq m (1,910 sq ft) including a server room, kitchen and cloakroom facilities.
It is one of a terrace of units at Atria Court which fronts on to Stirling Way on the business park. It was offered to let on a new lease, through Barker Storey Matthews, with five allocated parking spaces.
Papworth Business Park is an established business location, a short distance from the A428 and, on completion of the current upgrade works next year (2020), good access to the improved A14 and onward access to local and national road networks.
According to Richard Adam of Barker Storey Matthews’ Huntingdon office, Papworth Business Park’s proximity to the A428 and A14 ranked high in the property requirements of a number of parties interested in the unit.
He said, “With phases of the A14 upgrade completing in a rolling programme now until the end of next year, prospective occupiers can see the end in sight and the benefits of doing business in the Huntingdon area.”
