Leading offshore geotechnical data acquisition company, Geoquip Marine has relocated its UK headquarters to Bristol from Bath.
The business has taken 3,730 sq ft of space on the sixth floor of the Vintry Building in the heart of Bristol city centre.
Located on Wine Street, the 1950’s Art Deco office building comprises circa. 30,000 sq ft and is home to a number of occupiers including ReThink Recruitment and Fat Media.
Vintry Building was purchased on behalf of clients by Ashville Asset Management who also designed and project managed its transformation in 2016 to include a new reception area and common parts, new cycle stores and showers as well as new high specification offices. Vintry Building’s location offers easy access to a wide range of amenities including St Nicholas Market and the main shopping quarters at Broadmead and Cabot Circus.
The letting was agreed by Cushman & Wakefield working with Ashville Asset Management.

Geoquip Marine provides geotechnical services worldwide to the energy (oil, gas and renewables) industry, infrastructure developers, and government and research organisations. They obtain data from the seabed and sub strata, interpret that data and provide engineering and scientific recommendations to its clients.
