National logistics developer db symmetry has announced the practical completion of its latest building at Symmetry Park, Bicester.
Comprising 163,130 sq ft, Unit B is now available for immediate occupation. The building benefits from 15m clear internal height to haunch, 50m yard, gatehouse and includes 10,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation. The facility offers a number of sustainable credentials including electric car charging points and PV solar panels.
At 40 acres, Symmetry Park Bicester has the potential to deliver up to 675,000 sq ft of logistics floor space. Existing occupiers of the Park include Bentley Designs, which relocated from Greenford, West London and Medline Services, which chose Bicester as the location for its first distribution unit in the UK. Planning has recently been submitted for a fourth unit at the site, measuring 334,000 sq ft.
Fronting the A41, Symmetry Park Bicester offers quick access to Junction 9 of the M40 Motorway. The town itself is home to a number of prominent occupiers, including Tesco, DHL, Bidvest, Medline, Bentley, Fresh Direct and Brita Filters.
