Independent commercial building consultancy Malcolm Hollis has announced the appointment of partner James Hodge to head of the Winchester office.
Hodge will move from Malcolm Hollis’ London office to be the partner in charge of Winchester. The office is a foothold for the firm’s presence on the South coast and has grown significantly offering a wide range of survey, project delivery and landlord and tenant services. His move signals a deliberate decision by Malcolm Hollis to implement his specialist skillset during a period of continued growth. Hodge will continue to service clients in London from his new base in Winchester.
Hodge joined Malcolm Hollis as a graduate in 2005 and rose through the ranks to become a partner. He specialises in project delivery and has specific experience in project management and contract administration across office and industrial sectors.
The Winchester office boasts a team of five knowledgeable industry specialists, including associates Chris Baker and Shaun Miller. Baker has over 19 years’ experience in the industry. Miller has over 15 years of experience, and recently gained the National Register of Access Consultants (NRAC) accreditation.
Hodge said: “Since joining Malcolm Hollis as a graduate, I’ve watched the company go from strength to strength, and look forward to many more years of success to come. I could not be more pleased to have the opportunity to lead the Winchester office.”
Senior Partner John Woodman said: “James has been an asset to Malcolm Hollis since joining the business in 2005, and his knowledge will prove invaluable as leader of the Winchester office. I look forward to seeing him further Malcolm Hollis’ reputation of excellence in the South.”
