Goadsby gain Goadsby Planning & Environment has gained planning permission for a new health spa at 140 Commercial Road, Bournemouth. The premises were previously occupied by computer game firm, Gamestadium but since this company vacated the premises the unit has remained vacant. This new planning permission will bring these empty premises back into use.
Gary Palmer, Senior Planner at Goadsby said,
“The property is managed by Goadsby’s Property Management Department and Goadsby’s retail department found the new tenant who required a change of planning use of the premises. Goadsby’s CAD Services Department and Planning Department worked with the new tenant to successfully design the layout and gain the planning permission required for this new business to go ahead. Once fitted out the health spa will attract new customers to this part of town. It just shows the benefits of using Goadsby as we can keep all the property functions, from idea to implementation, under one roof.”
