A 3 storey office building at Tollgate Chandlers Ford that was being marketed by Keygrove Chartered Surveyors has been taken over on a new lease by Boulting Ltd, a multi-disciplined engineering solutions provider.
Andrew Archibald, Director of Keygrove, says “This is a well located refurbished office with good parking and access to both the M3 & M27. Boulting were already nearby but needed larger offices to allow for expansion.”
As Jayne Conway, Property Manager at Boulting Ltd explained “We are delighted to move into the new office space. Further success for our Boulting Technology business unit means that we required an increase in capacity to best serve our clients in the southern region.“
The Boulting Technology team at Southampton are leading suppliers of Systems Integration, Digital services and Industrial Network Solutions, LV assemblies, Telemetry and Pumping System Optimisation services.
Archibald continues “The office building was previously occupied by Dempster Binning Commercial Real Estate lawyers who have recently merged with rival practice Moore Blatch.”
