The Leeds office agency team of global property consultancy Knight Frank won three major property industry awards last month.
The team, headed by partner Eamon Fox, dominated the prestigious CoStar Group awards, underlying the team’s growing reputation as the most accomplished and most successful in Yorkshire.
The team won an impressive three awards in the CoStar league tables in the industrial, agency and investment categories.

In addition, Eamon Fox himself won the Dealmaker of the Year award for 33 Wellington Place in Leeds and Muse Developments, whom Knight Frank advise, won the Property deal of the Year for the sale of the Premier Farnell building at Logic Leeds to Aberdeen Standard Investments.
Network Space won the Investor/Developer of the year for the sale of the Project Vantage Portfolio to Infrared which Knight Frank sold.
