Office take up in quarter one, 2019 in the central Birmingham office market totalled 193,984 sq ft, according to figures compiled by the Birmingham Office Market Forum.
The Q1 2019 outcome represents a very encouraging start to the year at a time when occupiers are understandably taking their time in making strategic decisions. It exceeds most recent Q1 take up outcomes and is the strongest start to the year since 2016.
