Trebor and Seddon Developments have completed a multi-million pound contract to prepare their Prime Point 14 site, located less than a mile from J14 of the M6, for very fast track delivery of two industrial units of 66,000 sq ft and 78,000 sq ft.
The site has been remediated, levelled, serviced and access road installed to allow two plots to now be implemented for industrial units, to be built in 6 months to occupiers’ requirements. The scheme benefits from full planning consent, which has now been partly implemented.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner, of Trebor Developments, for the partners commented: “This site is a fantastic location, with very quick access to the M6, serving major conurbations to the North and South. We have shown our confidence in the location by investing millions to acquire and prepare the site in order to deliver high quality industrial units of mid-size range, adopting our very fast track implementation method, so units can be delivered in 6 months.
We are offering, on competitive terms, the buildings on a Leasehold or Freehold basis and are confident the market will respond positively, given the lack of similar sized accommodation in the area of this quality.”
The development partners are represented by the Birmingham office of Savills (Ranjit Gill and Katie Aitchison) and Bromwich Hardy (Andrew Cosnett), as joint marketing agents.
