Global professional services consultancy, RPS, has further strengthened its project and cost management offering in London with the appointment of a new director.
Dan Bentley has joined RPS from Core Five, where he was a partner in the residential sector, to take on a role which will cover both project work and business operations.
Before joining Core Five he was a partner at Gardiner & Theobald, where he was part of the cost consultancy team which delivered the redevelopment of Kings Cross on behalf of Argent.
As well as working with new and existing clients, Dan’s role will also involve developing staff, recruitment, marketing and business development.
Dan said: “This is a great chance to become part of a growing, dynamic and forward thinking company in RPS, and with the range of clients and individual projects on offer it was too good of an opportunity to turn down.
“As well as working day-to-day with our clients, I’m looking forward to supporting on the operations side of our team in London. It’s a varied role and I’m excited to be working alongside the talent we have here already.
“One of my key aims is help to widen and diversify our client base across the sectors and ensure that we have a team with the right skillsets and experience in place to offer the best advice possible and allow us to continue to deliver high profile projects across the country.”
Steve Kelly, Operations Director for RPS, said: “Dan’s appointment signals our continuous efforts to improve and evolve our team in London, and we’re sure Dan will help us continue to be seen as the one of the market leaders in the industry.”
RPS’s London based project management and cost consultancy teams have worked on a number of landmark projects nationwide, including Manhattan Loft’s 42 storey residential development in Stratford and the redevelopment of the International Terminal at London Waterloo.
