Acting on behalf of a private investor, Fletcher Morgan have negotiated the sale of the above. The purchasers are Willis Investments Limited.
The property was built in the early 1960’s and has been occupied by Peacocks for nearly 20 years. Peacocks have renewed their lease for what is a very strong trading store for them. The investment also includes the benefit of rental income from the Telefonic 02 lease of the Telecom Mast.
The investment is believed to have sold for a price in the region of £1.45m which equates to a net initial yield of 7.83%.
