Following a record year in residential valuations in the Midlands, Vanessa Dangl has joined JLL as a new surveyor.
Working with the Valuations team, she will help support the residential business growth strategy during 2019, in addition to working on a number of commercial portfolios.
Joining from Birmingham City Council, Vanessa is bilingual and originally studied and worked in Germany before moving to the UK and gaining a distinction in her Real Estate Master’s degree at Nottingham Trent.
Stuart Smith, director of the Valuation Advisory team said Vanessa was clearly a highly motivated individual with a strong skill set and would be ideal for assisting the team during another busy year for the residential sector.
