FHP Property Consultants, working with clients PMW Property, have confirmed that West Way in Alfreton has reached full occupancy, following deals with Excel Press Limited, The Silver X Group Limited, and Permaroof Limited.
The lettings combined a total of over 100,000ft² in size and further highlight the demand from local, regional and national Tenants around J28 M1.
