Leading property consultancy CBRE, acting jointly with Eric Young & Co. has secured two new tenants, Subway and Elegance Hair and Beauty, for Bon Accord, the popular shopping centre in the heart of Aberdeen, on behalf of the landlord Capreon.
Both retailers have agreed ten year leases, demonstrating their confidence in the long-term performance of Bon Accord as a successful shopping destination.
Subway will occupy a 1,356 sq ft store on the first floor, broadening the offering of Bon Accord’s thriving food court.
Elegance Hair and Beauty has established a strong client base across Scotland. This will be the company’s first Salon in Aberdeen, adding to their existing sites in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Stirling. Elegance will occupy a 1,707 sq ft space on the ground floor, providing a wide range of salon services, including nails, hair, beauty and make-up techniques and treatments.

The deals demonstrate the long term confidence of both Subway and Elegance in the centre, and will further enhance the range of retail options available to the public at Bon Accord.
