Midlands law firm, Bray & Bray has made two senior appointments in its Commercial Property team, in the wake of sustained growth in instructions for the firm’s commercial teams.
Sanveer Sandhu and Beth Lyon join as Commercial Property Associates in the firm’s Leicester-based Commercial Property team, that is headed by Partner Phillip Heseltine.
Previously Associate Solicitor in the Real Estate team at Shakespeare Martineau’s Nottingham office, Sanveer has worked at national and international law firms, operating in a range of sectors including retail, leisure, telecommunications and energy.
At Bray & Bray, he will act for clients in commercial real estate matters and advise on acquisitions and disposals, investments and developments and portfolio management, as well as banking and finance and corporate support.
Beth Lyon joins from Browne Jacobson, Nottingham, where she specialised in commercial property for clients in the education sector, and has also worked with housing associations and developers.
