Worcestershire commercial property consultancy and Chartered Surveyors GJS Dillon has helped a growing Bromsgrove software company to expand into new office accommodation on the M5 corridor.
Acting on behalf of a private investor, Charlie Green, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold Unit B Pinewood, Bell Heath Way, Woodgate Valley Business Park, Birmingham, B32 3BZ, to Fuelsoft Limited, a leading software provider to the fuel industry, at a guide price of £450,000.
Unit B Pinewood is a 4,910 sq ft, two storey, purpose-built office building, located on Woodgate Valley Business Park, an established commercial development situated south east of Junction 3 of the M5 motorway, which houses a range of commercial occupiers including Lander Automotive, Ishida Europe, TNA Europe Packaging and Heads and All Threads Fasteners.
Established more than 30 years ago, Fuelsoft is an independent software vendor specialising in scalable Microsoft technology based software applications for the fuel distribution and fuel card industries.
Mrs Green says: “This is the second office building we have sold at Pinewood Court in quick succession. Unit B is an outstanding office building with a generous car parking allocation and excellent links to the M5, M6 and M42. Office premises such as this remain highly sought after by business owners and companies looking to acquire their own premises, often via a directors’ pension scheme.
“At present there is a shortage of office accommodation in Bromsgrove which has prompted Fuelsoft’s relocation north to Junction 3 of the M5. We are working with Worcestershire LEP, Worcestershire County Council, landowners, developers and fellow property professionals to tackle this shortage as one of our main priorities in 2019.”
