Scarborough International Properties Limited (SIPL), the UK and international real estate developer, and its joint venture partner Legal & General, have announced that they have pre-let two floors at Lumina, their Grade A office development, which is being delivered as part of the £162 million phase two development at Thorpe Park Leeds.
Pharmacy2U Limited, the UK’s largest1 NHS approved online pharmacy which also provides a confidential private online doctor service, has taken a 10-year lease on the whole of the second and third floors at Lumina, totalling 15,770 sq ft, commencing on completion of the development. Lumina provides 35,850 sq ft of Grade A office space and 128 car parking spaces. The balance of 20,080 sq ft of offices on the ground and first floors is available at an asking rent of £23.50 per sq ft.
Construction of the new building is underway and is due to complete in September this year (2019).
Letting agents are BNP Paribas Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield and JLL. Holder & Co. acted for Pharmacy2U.
In September last year (2018), SIPL and Legal & General announced the completion of letting at their first, Phase Two, speculative office building, Paradigm, which offers 31,650 sq ft of premium office space and 122 car parking spaces. Tenants there include Wates Construction (10,275 sq ft), Pure Retirement (12,575 sq ft), EP UK Investments (6,250 sq ft) and Renew Holdings (2,550 sq ft).
