Co-working brand, Work.Life, is to open a ninth site in Soho this June.
Work has signed on the flagship site at 7-12 Noel Street (W1), where the brand will take 10,000 sq ft on the ground floor following negotiations with a private landlord.
The Soho site will be Work.Life’s seventh in London following existing success in Fitzrovia, Hammersmith, London Fields, Clerkenwell, Camden and Bermondsey. The brand also has two further spaces in Reading and Manchester.
David Kosky, Co-Founder of Work.Life commented on the move, “We are delighted to be opening our new premises in Soho and expanding our London offering.”
“Unlike other co-working brands who typically start with over 50,000 sq ft on multiple floors, our unique business model focuses on occupying smaller spaces at ground level. This enables us to partner with landlords to activate and animate their buildings from the ground up.
Half of the Soho space has already been pre-let by tenants looking to combine the envied central London location, with the community-led vibe and work-happiness focus of the Work.Life brand. Work.Life tenants since 2015 have included fashion brand Dr. Martens, television channel MTV and global accountancy firm EY.
Launched in 2015, Work.Life reported strong growth for 2018, with a projected 60% growth in 2019 alone, including further expansion in London. Providing space for over 3,000 members nationwide, the company is one of the UK’s fastest growing workspace brands.
In March, the brand won the Innovate Business Model and People’s Champion categories at the Hubble Awards 2019.
