Trebor Developments with partner, Kay Properties, have completed the construction of their latest industrial speculative development, “Rapida”, Cannock.
The high quality, 102,000 sq ft, building has been delivered on a Brownfield site by A&H Construction and is now immediately available to let.
The development has been implemented using Trebor’s fast track method in order to bring forward much needed quality industrial accommodation in the Midlands in this size range, it is suitable for manufacturing or logistics/distribution uses (B1/B2/B8).
