St. Modwen has started work on two further commercial units at its £150m St. Modwen Park Access 18 site in Avonmouth with the two new units (25,123 sq ft and 44,656 sq ft) scheduled to complete for occupation in August 2019.
Units 17 and 18 will be situated between Hermes Parcelnet Ltd and the largest commercial unit in the region (unit 15), spanning 151,330 sq ft, which is due to complete this month. The new units will provide nearly 70,000 sq ft of prime warehouse and industrial space, perfect for medium-sized businesses looking to locate adjacent to Junction 18 of the M5
