Breaking new ground on achieved rate per square foot for existing commercial space in Telford, Wiggins Lockett Thompson have completed the disposal of two units on the Sovereign Park Industrial Estate on Halesfield 24 in Telford.
Acting on behalf of two separate clients, Wiggins Lockett Thompson completed a letting with option to purchase to a local company of engineers and a sale to a vehicle detailing company within a matter of weeks of each other.
Anthony Wiggins who handles the marketing and disposals of commercial property for Wiggins Lockett Thompson added:
“These units on a small managed estate on the northern edge of Halesfield have rarely been available since our initial involvement in disposing of these properties when they were built some 10 years ago. The properties have remained in excellent condition and have been improved in many ways by the occupiers running businesses from them. We are pleased to be able to offer both of these units to the market and secure purchases on acceptable terms to our clients very quickly. Small units of this nature are particularly rare in Telford at present where stock has been difficult to come by for commercial agencies in the town. We are pleased the prices achieved for our clients have been able to set a new bar allowing Valuers in Telford to be a little more optimistic about prices able to be achieved.”
