A Leeds based recruitment consultant has taken occupation of refurbished office space at 76 Wellington Street in the city centre.
Mackenzie Stuart has taken the entire fifth floor penthouse suite comprising 5,463 sq ft from the Ardstone Regional Office Fund (AROF). This new letting follows hot on the heels of Home Group’s commitment to extend its occupation in the building
The landlord has recently completed a comprehensive refurbishment of the building’s fourth and fifth floors together with all common areas, providing very contemporary space using high quality finishes throughout.
Michael Cecil, head of Asset Management at Ardstone Capital said: “We are pleased that the decision to undertake a high-quality refurbishment has resulted in securing Mackenzie Stuart as a tenant so soon after completion of the works. Hopefully the strong interest in the refurbished 4th floor will also ensure it is occupied before too long.”
