A major new networking event, PropBike, is set to bring property professionals from across the UK to the mountains of Wales this September.
Taking place on Thursday 19th September at BikePark Wales, PropBike has been designed to bring the industry together in an informal setting to network, take on a new challenge and have fun in an inspirational setting.
Organised by commercial property portal, PropList, the event is the first of its kind to be given exclusive use of the Park in the Brecon Beacons, and will enable guests of all abilities to have a go at downhill mountain biking on a selection of courses, from beginner to professional.
Guests can make the most of a full day of biking, followed by an evening of networking, great local food and drink and an overnight stay, all courtesy of PropList.
Richard Howells, CEO at PropList, said: “We set out to create an event as unique as our approach to listing property, and that ethos has been reflected in PropBike.”
Sam Empson, head of business development, added: “As a keen mountain biker and regular visitor to BikePark Wales I’ve often thought that setting a networking event there would be truly amazing. With mountain biking becoming such a big sport in the UK, hosting an event in such uplifting settings will be perfect both for experienced riders and beginners wanting to give it a try.
“Not only will it provide a brilliant opportunity to network with colleagues from across the country, but it will also give our guests a fantastic experience to remember.”
Places for the free-to-attend day and night event are limited to 150, and those who would like to attend can register their interest at www.propbike.co.uk, and follow the event on social media via @PropBike.
PropList will also use the day to raise funds for Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team, an organisation run by volunteers who are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to search for, rescue and treat people in trouble in the countryside.
