JLL Scotland has appointed Louise Bell as senior building surveyor within its growing building consultancy team in Glasgow.
Louise joins JLL from GVA where she began her career in 2013. Since then she has worked on number of high value refurbishment projects in Scotland involving the private sector as well as universities and local authorities.
Originally an architecture student at Glasgow School of Art, Louise transferred to a building surveying degree for her third year, before graduating in 2013. She passed her APC exams to become a chartered surveyor in 2015.
She joins JLL Glasgow’s building consultancy team who are currently involved in high profile projects including Gatty Marine Laboratory in St Andrews, HP Inc and Diageo.

She is a fantastic addition to our growing building consultancy team and brings with her a varied professional background having worked on some significant public sector contracts across Scotland. JLL Scotland currently employs around 120 people across its two offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
