Local surveying firm, Primmer Olds B.A.S, celebrated the company’s recent office relocation from Ringwood to Westbourne yesterday evening by hosting an exclusive drinks reception at Chambers Design Company showrooms in Westbourne. The event was well attended by a number of local business people including solicitors, bankers and property developers, as well the Margaret Green Animal Rescue charity.
The event is in recognition of a significant move by Primmer Olds B.A.S to establish a base in Dorset and expand the company’s presence in the local property market.
Primmer Olds B.A.S has over 25 years’ experience delivering professional property services and solutions to a range of clients across the south coast and beyond. From the company’s offices in Southampton and Westbourne, Primmer Olds B.A.S provide an extensive portfolio of services including building surveying, property management, valuation, project management, commercial agency and advice on landlord and tenant matters.
Relocation to Westbourne follows the company’s successful acquisition of Ringwood-based surveying practice Humphreys & Dancer Limited in 2016, a well-regarded firm offering similar services to an established client based across Dorset and Wiltshire. The move to Westbourne also signifies the change to operating both businesses under the single trading style of Primmer Olds B.A.S.
“We were delighted to welcome so many business people to our celebration event last night”, comments Duane Walker, Director. “Our company prides itself on offering a range of services in a manner which is personable and approachable. This event was the perfect opportunity to connect with local businesses and establish relationships. From our new base in Dorset, we are looking forward to developing our presence and growing our business within the region.”
The Primmer Olds B.A.S launch was held in conjunction with local business Chambers Design Company (the venue) and catering was provided by The Crumbs Project.
