FHP have announced that they have completed on two deals at offices 1 & 3 Adam Court in Basford. This small office courtyard comprises of five separate self-contained offices set over two floors with excellent security and parking provisions. The courtyard is self-contained with both units having B1 (Business) and D1 (Non-Residential) use classes, suitable for both office and educational purposes, sizes vary from 1,848 sq ft to 2,450 sq ft.
Through extensive marketing FHP were able to agree leases with Game Set & Match for Office 1 and Choice Support for Office 3.
Game Set & Match Limited are specialists in the production of promotional game cards for a broad range of clients through the UK and Europe, and Choice Support are a national charity supporting people with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs.
