The Boutique Workplace Company has acquired two new properties in central London, the 16,000 sq ft office building, 12-18 Theobalds Road, WC1, near Chancery Lane, and the 17,000 sq ft Connolly Works building, 41-43 Chalton Street, NW1,in King’s Cross.
The serviced office provider has joined forces with the owners of the Theobalds Road building on a management agreement basis, as the continued trend of landlords looking for joint ventures with leading operators increases.
A new 10-year lease has been signed with their parent company, Moorgarth Group who own the freehold at Connolly Works providing a creative, long-term solution for occupiers in this high-demand area.
The Boutique Workplace Company CEO, Daniel Wheble, said: “These acquisitions are part of our group’s continued expansion in the flexible workspace market and takes the number of workplaces in the capital to 33, equalling a footprint of 260,000 square foot over 4,500 desks.”
