Ashfords LLP, one of the UK’s leading law firms with nearly 500 staff and offices in London and throughout the South West, has advised on the sale of Yeovil-based Gateway Computing to Civica.
Gateway Computing is a leading supplier of electronic document management systems to health organisations and the newly combined group is reported to supply more than 275 NHS Trusts across the UK.
The Ashfords team was led by Corporate Partner Chris Dyson, who commented: “We are pleased to have completed the deal for the sellers, who have realised their ambition for the company by selling to market-leading Civica. This is another technology sector deal successfully completed by Ashfords’ corporate team in what has been a very active year to date”.
