Humberts have recently agreed the letting of 27 East Reach, Taunton on behalf of their client. The lock-up shop premises faces onto the A38 which is a main thoroughfare into Taunton town centre which made the retail premises ideal for advertisement.
The retail unit has a net internal area of 16.40 sq m (177 sq ft) and is self-contained with its own WC facilities. The property was available at a rent of £4,000 per annum.
Stephen Richards who heads up the commercial department for Humberts comments “We have let 4 shops within Taunton town centre in the last 6 weeks which bodes well for Taunton itself. The demand for retail space has increased over the last couple of months which is hopefully a sign of increased demand within the town for commercial property.”
