Avison Young has advised management consultants Eden McCallum LLP on a swap deal of its central London offices with movie studio United Artists.
The complex transaction involved both parties assigning their leases – Eden McCallum has taken an assignment of MGM’s lease on the 6th floor of Orion House, 5 Upper St. Martin’s Lane, WC2 and MGM has taken an assignment of the Eden McCallum lease on the 5th floor of 7 Air Street, W1.
The Orion House premises total approx. 5,833 sq ft and the 7 Air Street premises total approx. 8,812 sq ft.
