Victory Park is set to become one of Derby’s most successful commercial developments following the submission of a planning application for its final phase.
The scheme of three new industrial/warehouse units should be ready for occupation by the end of the year.
The business park, situated next to Rolls-Royce’s civil aerospace campus, has already attracted high-profile companies such as Gardner Aerospace, Intertek, Western Power Distribution and Seamers Joinery.
Its development is being undertaken by Revelan Group, industrial property specialists with an excellent track record of providing high-quality buildings.
Salloway Property Consultants and FHP Property Consultants are working together to broker deals for these final three industrial units.
Hugo Beresford, surveyor at Salloway Property Consultants, said: “Victory Park has proved to be one of the most appealing locations in Derby.
“It is adjacent to the main Rolls-Royce complex, accessible from the outer ring road and has an excellent link to the A50 dual carriageway which joins the M1 and M6”.
“Interest has already been high with pre-sale terms agreed for one of the three units that, subject to planning, has prompted the speculative development of the remaining two units which will be circa 13,540sq.ft. and 28,288sq.ft. respectively.
“They will be available either for sale or to let upon terms to be agreed.”
Tim Richardson, director at FHP Property Consultants, said: “Both available units will be detached buildings on their own secure fenced and gated sites with dedicated service yards, 2 storey offices, generous eaves height and loading facilities.
“At this stage, the buildings can be tailored to suit individual requirements allowing for a certain degree of flexibility, certainly in terms of office fit out”.
