Marie Stopes International, a reproductive health services organisation, has taken space on the ground floor of Axis Beta in Almondsbury following a deal brokered by Colliers International on behalf of Clearbell Property Partners II LP, a fund managed by Clearbell Capital.
Marie Stopes has taken 1,972 sq ft of office space in the building to support its further growth in Bristol.
Alfie Passingham, a senior surveyor with Colliers International’s Bristol office, said: “The offices at Axis Beta offer occupiers unrivalled connectivity to the motorway network, fully air-conditioned space and shower facilities.
“This latest letting follows a year of excellent take-up in the out of town market which exceeded 400,000 sq ft.”
Landlord Clearbell Capital is currently refurbishing the last remaining suite which totals 4,416 sq ft on the top floor, which will be ready for occupation in March.
Joint leasing agents on the scheme are Colliers International and GVA.
