Property consultant JLL has launched a new planning and development team for the Yorkshire and North-East region.
The team will work with landowners and developers with a focus on accelerating the delivery of property developments, particularly residential sites, across the region.
Made up of directors Henry Burton, Joanna Gabrilatsou and Charles Calvert, associate Jamie Cardwell, senior surveyor Hannah Partington and surveyor Zoe Peace, the team’s combined expertise extends across all sectors, size and complexity of developments to ensure delivery.

JLL already has a strong planning and development track record having advised on some of the largest and complex projects in Yorkshire and the North East, notably advising the Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust on its Leeds Teaching Hospital surplus estate strategy which includes the Grade I Listed Gilbert Scott Building and Grade II Listed Old Medical School and the delivery of a 6,000 residential unit scheme in North Lincolnshire.
