DM Hall, one of Scotland’s leading independent firms of chartered surveyors, has made four key appointments amongst its commercial property team.
Mike McIntyre, who is based in Falkirk and covers agency and valuation work in Central Scotland, has been promoted from Associate to Director. In addition, Andrew Shaw and Juliet Robertson who are based in Edinburgh and deal with commercial valuation matters have been promoted from senior surveyors to Associates, as has Dunfermline-based Duncan Fraser who covers commercial valuation in Fife.

Mike McIntyre joined DM Hall in 1994 and was promoted to Associate in 2006. As a property valuer/agent he has marketed a wide range of commercial properties and acts for a variety of banks, lenders and private clients.
Juliet Robertson joined the firm in 1996 and secured a degree in Estate Management before qualifying as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2004. She has worked in DM Hall’s Agency, Residential and Commercial Property teams and now focuses on commercial valuations.
Andrew Shaw joined DM Hall in 2015, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008, and works within the Commercial team undertaking commercial valuations, as well as dealing with the provision of rating advice, and undertaking rent reviews on behalf of landlords and tenants on a range of commercial properties.
Duncan Fraser qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2011 and joined DM Hall in 2015. He has experience in a variety of commercial property aspects in areas such as valuation for Rating, as well as valuation for various purposes for private clients, pension providers and undertakes secured lending valuations on behalf of a number of major banks and other lending institutions. Duncan also acts in rent reviews and lease negotiations throughout the East of Scotland for a variety of client types.
