Acting on behalf of a private investor Goadsby have acquired the freehold of 22 Station Road, New Milton trading as Costa Coffee.
The property is secured by way of a new 10 year lease (without breaks) and benefits from a prominent position within New Milton. The investment was bought in an “off market” transaction at a purchase price of £450,000.
