Bishop’s Move is relocating its self-storage operation in Exeter to new modern premises at Matford.
Bishop’s Move has signed a new lease on the 11,139 sq ft industrial unit at Windsor Court, Matford Business Park, and is currently fitting it out to provide self-storage space on two levels.
Tim Western, lead director at JLL in Exeter, who handled to letting on behalf of landlord, Summerfield Estates, said: “It is great to see Bishop’s Move commit to a new long-term lease on the property. The self-storage market continues to grow, especially in this part of the city.”
Ben Trickey of Summerfield Estates said “We are pleased that Bishop’s Move have taken our unit on Matford. It is a modern building with flexibility in a popular location. We wish our new tenant every success in filling up the self-storage units.”
