Acting on behalf of Caskade Caterers Ltd, Goadsby are delighted to have been involved in the successful acquisition of 537-539 Ringwood Road, which is shortly to open as a KFC fast food restaurant and drive-thru.
The total site area extends to 0.44 acres and the property was let by way of a new lease for a term of 20 years with a tenant only break option on the 10th anniversary.
Grant Cormack of Goadsby, commented “We are delighted to have acted on KFC’s behalf in this transaction and firmly believe that the site will prove to be an excellent opportunity for a KFC restaurant and drive-thru given its strong trading location.
Goadsby also acted as planning consultants for the scheme. Permission was granted despite opposition from local residents living near to the site. The issues that were satisfactorily resolved included highway safety, noise and odours.
