Brushing away the January blues, property consultancy JLL hosted its first event of 2019 in Southampton.
Around 70 professionals from the property, legal, financial and investment background joined JLL for its New Year drinks event last month, with attendees from the likes of CBRE, Vail Williams, Forelle Estates, Southampton City Council, Hampshire County Council, Womble Bond Dickinson, Paris Smith, Savills.
JLL’s new business space and development team hosted the evening, following new recruits at the end of last year, including Luke Mort and Hannah Griffiths.
Nella Pang, director at JLL in Southampton, said: “We have a wealth of experience, an ambitious team and a huge pipeline of instructions, dealing with 2.6m sq ft of commercial space and 150 acres of land. It was great to bring everyone together, share intel and catch up with the wider business community.”
With the uncertainty around Brexit, property experts Nella Pang, Jonathan Manhire and Eleanor Hussey gave positive market updates from the office, industrial and development sectors.
