B&E Boys have announced a further letting at J2 Business Park, which has been negotiated again by Nolan Redshaw.
The incoming tenant is an international packaging company, currently based in Prestwich.
Paul Nolan stated, “the refurbishment of the estate has been a great success and the letting to MEG4TECH is testament to that”.
“There is only one unit now remaining on the estate which is a high bay unit of 7,979 sq. ft and we do not expect this to be available for long”.
