Evans Easyspace is pleased to welcome a number of new companies to its Rural Enterprise Centre in Shrewsbury. Endet Ltd, The Flame Lily Healthcare Ltd, Westwood Healthcare Ltd and SRS Electrical Contractors Ltd have all moved into the serviced offices on Battlefield Enterprise Park.
Since its opening in August 2008, the centre has grown in popularity and is now very close to being at full occupancy. It opened with 42 offices and 11 workshops. The workshops are now fully occupied and only 2 of the offices are currently available.
The offices are suitable for businesses of various sizes and come fully equipped with furniture, telecoms and Broadband. Other facilities that the centre offers include: the on-site Knights Table Café, free parking, shared kitchen facilities, meeting rooms, recycling services and showers. Clients can also rest assured that there is CCTV security, along with 24 hour fingerprint controlled access.
Staff and clients have recently celebrated the centres third birthday with a BBQ and disco evening aboard the Sabrina Boat Cruise. The official birthday was celebrated when staff decorated the centre with photos of its construction, along with balloons and banners. There was also a personalised cake for clients to enjoy.
The Rural Enterprise Centre is part of the Rural Regeneration Zone and was built in partnership with Advantage West Midlands and Shropshire County Council.
Vicky Barnes, Centre Manager, said, “We are really pleased to welcome our newest clients: Endet Ltd, The Flame Lily Healthcare Ltd, Westwood Healthcare Ltd and SRS Electrical Contractors Ltd. We also really enjoyed our third birthday celebrations and we now look forward to reaching our goal of being fully let before October.”
