Acting on behalf of Wolesley UK, the Industrial team at CBRE in Leeds has secured the sale of 1 Benson Street, a detached warehouse unit in Leeds to Wharfedale Properties Limited
CBRE and Holder & Co have been retained by Wharfedale Properties Limited to re-launch the property to market on a leasehold basis, following a refurbishment of the unit. Holder & Co represented Wharfedale Properties Limited in the acquisition.
