Acting on behalf of Kennedy Wilson, CBRE Manchester’s Office Agency team has secured a new letting to Greenergy, the UK’s largest road fuel supplier, at Towers Business Park in Didsbury, Greater Manchester.
Greenergy has relocated to lease 12,000 sq ft at Ocean House. The move forms part of the firm’s continued expansion plans.
Towers is the leading office park in South Manchester, providing modern Grade A office accommodation in a landscaped surrounding to a range of businesses including John Lewis and British Airways. Kennedy Wilson has recently made a significant investment into placemaking and improving onsite amenities at the business park, including a calendar of onsite wellbeing activities such as football, running, yoga and fitness classes, in addition to new cycling facilities and an onsite café.
Located just off the A34, Towers is just six miles south of Manchester City Centre. The scheme is easily accessible by road and rail providing efficient commuter access from the M60 and M56. East Didsbury railway station and the East Didsbury Metrolink station are within a short walk.
