Patrizia, the landlords at Arrow Park, have announced 3 occupiers taking industrial accommodation at Arrow Park, a brand new and prominently located development fronting the A43 dual carriageway with close proximity to the Silverstone GP circuit and junction 10 of the M40 and junction 15 of the M1. 75% of the scheme is now let with only 2 units remaining from 20,000 – 44,000 sq ft.
Arrow Park is set within a new 25 acre commercial area comprising a proposed Sainsbury’s superstore, healthcare campus, and a Marstons hotel and restaurant due for construction at the beginning of 2019. The Silverstone GP circuit is just 15 minutes away and an average of 300,000 vehicles pass Arrow Park every week.
Brackley and the region is an expanding and prosperous area with an immediate catchment of approximately 90,000 people. It has a strong and diverse economy with a highly skilled
work force at the heart of the motorsport triangle within an area of engineering excellence.
Brackley is home to a number of major companies including Mercedes AMG Petronas Motorsport and Avara Foods.
The 3 lettings comprise a total of 49,119 sq ft which amounts to 40% of the total park and they join Howdens Joinery who are in unit 8. British Touring Car Racing (BTC Racing)
have taken unit 1 (9,958 sq ft) and will use the unit as a base for their new racing team; Saddlery Brands International have taken unit 2 (9,972 sq ft) and will be using it as storage and distribution for their equestrian products; New Generation Couriers Logistics, a parcel delivery company who service the Northamptonshire area, have taken unit 3 (29,189 sq ft).
Luke Le Brun, Asset Manager at Patrizia comments: “To secure 50,000 sq ft of lettings in just one month is testament to the quality of the space of offer at Arrow Park and its
strategic location with fantastic road links within an area of engineering excellence. These latest deals follow the letting Unit 8 in April 2018 to Howdens Joinery and, with the continued help of our agency team, we are receiving continued interest in the final four remaining units – 2 of which are already close to being let – and we will be announcing the occupier shortly.”
Chris White, Managing Director at White Commercial Surveyors, comments: “This region, synonymous with automotive technology excellence, continues to thrive and expand with
substantial demand from companies wishing to locate/relocate in an attractive region, with a skilled and growing workforce, but with the benefit of excellent communications afforded by both the M1 and M40.”
