Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its Development & Planning team in Leeds with the appointment of Katrina Crisp as Planner.
Katrina joins from Indigo Planning and brings four years’ experience in a variety of sectors. Her work has included retail, infrastructure and residential schemes.
In her new role, she will be responsible for planning appeals, applications and public consultations as well as supporting the wider planning team. She will report to Katrina Hulse, Planning Partner in Leeds.
Cushman & Wakefield’s 10-strong Development & Planning team in Leeds has worked on a wide range of key development projects across Yorkshire and the North Midlands including preparing and submitting an application for residential development on behalf of Kirklees Council, a number of residential conversion projects across the region for Empire Property Concepts, residential developments for Stancliffe Homes in North East Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire, commercial and residential schemes for the Harworth Group and advising the ESFA on new educational facilities.
