Citivale, the leading Yorkshire-based property operating partner, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Rebecca Farnsworth as Investment Director.
Following on from the recruitment of Richard Bannister as Development Director, Citivale provides a full set of property skills with highly respected and experienced directors.
Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience of commercial property investment and joins from global property consultancy Knight Frank in Leeds, where she had been a Partner in the Capital Markets team for nearly 12 years.

Prior to that, Rebecca worked in an investment role in London at Weatherall, Green and Smith (now BNP Paribas).
James Appleton-Metcalfe, managing director of Citivale, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Rebecca as Citivale’s new investment director. She joins at an important time for the company as we continue to expand and embark on new joint ventures.

Rebecca has a crucial role to play as we go forward,” he said.
Rebecca said: “I am delighted to have joined such a successful and respected team. I believe my investment experience will complement the skillsets of the rest of the Citivale team, making us a unique and attractive operating partner, specialising in commercial real estate.
