DAC Beachcroft has appointed partner Sally Morris-Smith to its national Real Estate team, which now numbers 35 partners and over 150 lawyers. Sally will be based in the firm’s Manchester office.
Sally advises worldwide investors on commercial property development investment and property finance. She joins from Shepherd & Wedderburn where she was a partner in their Property & Infrastructure team. Prior to this she was a partner at Kennedys and has also worked at Olswang and Linklaters, where she trained.
Sally has recently led on the forward sale and development of the initial phase of the 24 acre Middlewood Locks development in Manchester for a UK property developer to a private rented sector (PRS) operator, which exchanged during 2018.
