Commercial property law specialist Ian Yarde is one of three new senior hires at Midlands law firm Lodders.
Ian has joined as Senior Associate in Lodders’ top ranking Real Estate practice, one of the largest in the Midlands with 30 specialist real estate, commercial property, planning, construction and highways legal experts.
A specialist in residential development matters and all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant work, Ian was previously at the Stratford upon Avon office of Shakespeare Martineau’s for 12 years, where he was Legal Director in the commercial property practice.
Lodders has also made senior hires in its Corporate and Commercial team and Private Client practice.
Responding to sustained growth in instructions, the Firm has appointed Leanne Lawrence as an Associate Solicitor in its Corporate and Commercial team.
A specialist in mergers and acquisitions, articles of association, commercial contracts, and advising clients on franchises, shareholder and partnership agreements, Leanne joins from Brethertons Solicitors where she had been a commercial solicitor for 13 years.
Tom O’Riordan joins as a Trusts Solicitor in Lodders’ Private Client practice. Based at the Firm’s Stratford upon Avon office, Tom was previously at Cheltenham firm Willans LLP, and brings trusts and estates expertise. A specialist in writing wills, powers of attorney and the administration of estates, at Lodders he is focused on advising trustees on the legal and tax aspects of trust administration.

Lodders has also welcomed back Vina Kumari who re-joins the firm as Compliance and HR Officer, providing support to the firm’s Head of Compliance Paul Harrison and its HR Director, Sarah Naffine.
