Town planning consultant Euan Kellie Property Solutions (EKPS) has made two key appointments to accommodate an increase in business at the expanding firm.
Katie Daniels joins as a senior planner, having previously worked at Turley and IBI. She has joined the Cheadle Hulme-based consultancy initially on a part-time basis, while also working two days a week at Warrington Council.
Amy Kibble has also joined in the role of office manager to provide admin support, and to assist with day-to-day running of the business.
Their arrival takes the total number of staff at EKPS to five alongside founder and director Euan Kellie, and fellow directors Kelly Paddick and Ellie Philcox.
Kelly said: “Katie is clearly very competent, and we look forward to helping her further her career. Katie has experience in private practice and in the public sector and a great fit for our business. She will assist us in continuing to provide a professional and personable service to our clients”.
“Likewise, we welcome Amy to the business where she will provide an invaluable resource in helping with the day-to-day running of the business”.
The increasing workload at EKPS includes schemes by Salboy, Domis, Bellmac, Keepmoat Homes, Galliford Try, Great Places and Trafford Housing Trust.
