A specialist scaffolding firm has taken space on Frome’s popular Commerce Park.
Cornish Building & Scaffolding Ltd has agreed a five year lease on the park’s unit R7 in a deal brokered by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Quoting rent for the 1,519 sq ft (141.11 sq m) industrial/warehouse unit was £8,900 per annum.
Myddelton & Major Surveyor Gary Mead said: “Cornish Building & Scaffolding Ltd is a well-established company specialising in the safe erection and removal of scaffold structures for a wide variety of jobs.
“The company, based in Norton St Phillip near Bath, was looking for a second base with excellent transport links and I was pleased to be able to facilitate this expansion to Commerce Park.”
Frome is situated in a strategic location on the Somerset/Wiltshire border with excellent road and rail access to major networks.
Commerce Park is located on the Frome bypass, midway between the M4, M5 and A303 corridors close to the junction of the A36 and A361.
The M4 is accessed via the A36 and Frome station offers direct mainline services. Bristol Airport is approximately 30 miles away.
