National M&E consultancy Couch Perry Wilkes (CPW) has announced the promotion of Jim Frisby to associate director.
Jim joined the CPW Leicester office in April 2015 and, with his technical expertise in electrical design, has worked on a number of projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, hospitality, logistics units and residential.
Jim said: “It goes without saying that I’m thrilled to be taking on this new role and it’s great to know that my efforts over the last few years have been recognised and appreciated.
“The step up to associate director will include further responsibility such as increased client engagement, cost management and managing larger teams internally. However, I feel ready for the challenge and look forward to supporting CPW’s future success as part of the senior team.”
Matt Wrate, director and head of the Leicester office at CPW, said: “Jim is a fantastic member of the team with brilliant leadership and client delivery skills so this promotion is very well deserved.
“Looking after and rewarding our staff is at the heart of what we do, particularly those who have been with us for a while. Jim’s promotion has therefore been very well received both within the CPW team and with his clients and I have no doubt he will be an integral part of the company’s future growth.
“The Leicester office had a cracking year in 2018. We moved into new premises in June with a view of expanding the team and we’ve also won a number of really exciting projects across the county and further afield, so Jim’s promotion is the perfect way to kick off the new year.”
CPW is a national M&E consultancy with more than 200 staff based across its nine regional offices nationwide. The firm specialises in designing and integrating the full range of mechanical and electrical solutions into existing and new buildings by using innovative and contemporary engineering techniques.
